AD&D Campaign

A good old AD&D 1st edition campaign, with a group of 4 gamers who are relatively new to the hobby - mostly starting with 4th or 5th edition. The plan - to play through a series of classic 1st edition adventure modules, loosely tying the adventures together. Each player began with 2 characters, as these modules were generally written for larger party sizes than are the norm nowadays.

The menu consumed thus far:
UK5 - The Eye of the Serpent
T1 - The Village of Hommlet
UK2 - The Sentinel
UK4 - When a Star Falls
UK3 - The Gauntlet
UK1 - Beyond the Crystal Cave
I1 - Dwellers of the Forbidden City
C1 - Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan (played within I1)
I3 - Pharaoh
I4 - Oasis of the White Palm
I5 - Lost Tomb of Martek
S2 - White Plume Mountain
S4 - Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth
WG4 - Forgotten Temple of Tharizdun

And to come:
G1 - Steading of the Hill Giant Chief
G2 - Glacial Rift of the Frost Giant Jarl
G3 - Hall of the Fire Giant King
D1 - Descent into the Depths of the Earth
D2 - Shrine of the Kuo-Toa
D3 - Vault of the Drow
Q1 - Queen of the Demonweb Pits

In keeping with the original AD&D style, we have numerous little side adventures intended to allow the players to develop backup characters - for when the inevitable deaths occur!

Edit 4/3/18 : The side-adventures are currently underway as the carnage caused by WG4 has driven home the need for backup characters.  Spare PCs are currently doing the Slavers series A1-A4.
